Penn has over 40 years experience and training in health field. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist for 28 years, graduating from Sutherland-Chan School. Osteopathy was utilized throughout massage but not until the few steps turned into a full dance with graduating from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy did many “why”s get answered.

Blessed to having had many opportunities to gain knowledge in a wide range of modalities from Aromatherapy, Colour Therapy and Bach Flower Remedies to Therapeutic Touch, Quantum Touch to Energy Medicine, Shiatsu, Reiki, EFT, Neurolymphatics, Matrix Repatterning (certified in the first formal course), to becoming a Reflexologist, Kinesio Tape Practitioner, CranioSacral Therapist, etc…

Penn was the first woman to work in Technical Services at The McMichael Canadian Art Collection, where she also became the WHMIS trainer for the gallery.

She has a degree in Fine Arts Studio. In more recent times, has been painting portraits of dogs and cats. There was an exception of a portrait of the first Canadian woman to be president of The International Lions Club (2023-24), which was requested by her good friend and former Olympic/National player/coach. He, once again, demanded her to reach her highest potential, just like when she was an elite level athlete.

Penn is passionate and knows that the details can make the difference. She has continued to learn and grow, with gratitude and in grace.
